Once your return is in-transit to our fulfillment center, it will then be processed, and your exchange order will be sent out within 2 business days. If you would like an exchange order created instantly, you can do so by selecting the "Instant Exchange" option at the final step in the return/exchange process. This will give you the option to authorize your credit card and have the Exchange Order created instantly. (You will not be charged as long as the returned item is sent back within 14 days.)
