How do I return an order that has already been exchanged?Updated 3 years ago

When entering the order number on an already exchanged order please be sure to enter the "EXC-" before the 6-digit order number followed by "-1". For example, if your first order number is 123456 and you make an exchange on that order, your new order number will be EXC-123456-1. So if you are going to return or exchange that order, you will need to enter EXC-123456-1 into the returns/exchanges portal even if it just says (first 6 digits) in the text box.
