How do I return a product?Updated 25 days ago

Provided the shirt has not been washed, worn or damaged, we'll accept your Criquet purchase within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. We please ask that you send back the items in as similar a fashion as to how you received them (folded, in the polybag, and with the original packaging if you still have it). Please note that all items in the "Final Sale" section are only eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Please fill out our online Return/Exchange form so that we'll know how to process your order once we receive it.  After filling out the form, a prepaid label will be available for you to print or a QR code if you would prefer.  Once the return arrives at our fulfillment center, it will take 1-3 days to process.
