How do I return a gift?Updated 3 years ago

Fill out our online help form and let us know. If you don’t have the order number, leave that field blank and note in the return details that the order was a gift.  Simply let us know what items you will be sending back, and whether you would like to exchange them for an E-Gift Card or different products.

If you already have a Criquet account with the email provided, we'll email you an E-Gift Card once we receive the order. If you don't have a Criquet account set up, we'll create one for you with your email address and send you an E-Gift Card, along with instructions on how to access your account.
